2. Legal Eligibility

  • The customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  • The customer is committed to providing accurate data upon registration (Name, Mobile, Address, Email) and bears responsibility for any error that causes a delay in shipping and order delivery.

3. Approved Language

Arabic is the official and approved language for interpreting this agreement and all correspondence. In the event of a translation, the Arabic text remains the binding legal reference.

4. Contracting Mechanism (Ordering and Acceptance)

  • A customer's request for a product is considered an offer to purchase.

  • The contract is not considered legally effective until the electronic sales invoice is issued and shipping is confirmed by us.

  • The store reserves the right to decline an order (due to stock depletion or pricing errors) while providing a full refund.

5. Prices and Financial Transparency

  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include Value Added Tax (15% VAT).

  • The total cost of the order is clearly displayed to the customer on the checkout page before the purchase is confirmed.

6. Discount Coupons and Offers

  • The use of discount coupons is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer.

  • The store may offer exclusive and additional discounts when using certain payment methods (such as Mada or Bank Transfer) as temporary promotional offers; this does not affect the basic announced price of the product including tax.

  • More than one discount coupon cannot be combined in a single order unless otherwise stated.

7. Warranty and Quality

  • Electrical Appliances: Covered by the agent's warranty for a period of two years against manufacturing defects.

  • The store's role is limited to facilitating communication with the agent, and the warranty is void in cases of misuse or breakage.

  • To benefit from the warranty, the original invoice must be kept, and you must contact us or the agent directly according to the instructions sent with the product.

8. Payment and Settlement

  • We provide secure payment methods (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer).

  • All electronic payment operations are conducted through encrypted and secure payment gateways, and the store does not store customers' credit card data on its servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We bear no responsibility for any damages resulting from using the products in a manner that contradicts the operating instructions.

  • We bear no responsibility for delays resulting from shipping companies or force majeure (such as bad weather conditions or global system outages).

10. Intellectual Property Rights
