Return and Refund Policy
At Nafa Center, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience. This policy is designed to protect both your rights and ours, in full compliance with the E-commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- 1. Return Period
You are entitled to return any product within 7 days from the date of receipt. - Return Conditions: The product must be in its original, brand-new condition, unused and in its complete packaging with all accessories included.
- Note: No restocking fees will be charged for returns that meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For public health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following categories once the original packaging is opened or the product is used:
- Food Products: (Coffee, Cardamom, Coffee Beans, and their derivatives).
- Direct-Contact Tools: Items that come into contact with food and beverages after use (Thermoses, Dallahs, Mugs, Thermal Cups).
Note: If a manufacturing defect is suspected in these products, please contact us within 7 days with supporting photos and videos.
3. Returns Covered by the Store
We cover the full cost of shipping and returns in the following cases:
- Product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is completely different from what was ordered.
- There is a store error in processing the order.
Alert: Damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the damage and a copy of the invoice.
4. Returns for Personal Preference
If you change your mind, we welcome your return request provided:
- The product is in its original condition (unopened and unused).
- Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs (both ways) to return the product. The refund will cover the product value only, issued after receipt and inspection.
5. Cancellation Before and After Shipping
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
- After Shipping Label Issued: If the product is already with the shipping carrier, the product value will be refunded after deducting the actual shipping costs.
6. Inspection of Returned Products
- Upon arrival at our warehouse, products are inspected to ensure:
- They have not been used (especially sensitive items).
- All accessories and the original box are intact, and labels have not been removed.
The store reserves the right to refuse a return and ship it back to the customer at their expense if misuse is detected.
7. Gifts and Promotional Items
- Any gifts or promotional items accompanying the original product must be returned. If not returned, their estimated value will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Refund Mechanism
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Timeline: It usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the policy of your bank or service provider (Tabby, Tamara).
9. Electrical Appliance Warranty
- All appliances (Grinders, Roasters, Blenders) are covered by a two-year agent warranty against manufacturing defects.
- After the initial 7 days, please contact the agent’s authorized service centers directly. (The warranty does not cover breakage or misuse).
10. Items Purchased During Sales
- Promotional items are subject to the same policy. Refunds will be issued based on the actual price paid at the time of purchase, not the current promotional price.

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label via email or WhatsApp; please print it and hand the item to the carrier.
