At NAFA CENTER we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible and with the highest quality - Below we outline everything you need to know about our shipping and payment policies with full transparency.
Shipping Policy
1. Covered Cities:
We provide shipping services to all cities and governorates across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia covering more than 1,389 cities and villages including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, Al-Kharj, Al-Hariq, Al-Quz, and others.
2. Shipping Costs:
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of 20 SAR for all orders.
Free Shipping: For orders exceeding 299 SAR we cover the full shipping costs.
3. Estimated Delivery & Order Processing:
Order Processing: 1-2 business days (Saturday to Thursday).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM (Riyadh Time) will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping: 2-6 business days via iMile.
Total Duration: 3-8 business days depending on the customer's location.
4. Shipment Tracking:
Once your order is handed over to the shipping company you will receive an SMS and an email containing: (Tracking Number, direct link to track the shipment, and Purchase Invoice).

Our Responsibility: At NAFA CENTER we remain responsible for your order even after handing it to the shipping company. We actively monitor your shipment until it safely reaches your doorstep.
Working Hours & Support: Our team is available to address your inquiries during the following hours (KSA Time):
Saturday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Evening Shift Only).
Response Time: All inquiries will be addressed within 24 business hours.
