Exchange Policy
At Nafa Center, we prioritize your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for product exchanges.
1. Do We Accept Exchanges?
Yes, we accept product exchanges subject to the following conditions.
2. Exchange Period
You are entitled to exchange any product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Exchange Conditions: The product must be in its original, brand-new condition, unused, and in its complete packaging with all accessories included.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot exchange the following categories once the original packaging is opened or the product is used:
Food Products: (Coffee, Cardamom, Coffee Beans, and their derivatives).
Direct-Contact Tools: Items that come into contact with food and beverages after use (Thermoses, Dallahs, Mugs, Thermal Cups).
4. Exchange Mechanism
Shipping Costs: The customer bears all shipping costs (round-trip) for returning the product to us and for shipping the replacement product back to them. The store does not bear any shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
Price Differences:
If the replacement product is lower in price: The difference will be refunded.
If the replacement product is higher in price: The customer bears the difference.
5. Inspection of Exchanged Products
Upon arrival at our warehouse, products are inspected to ensure they have not been used and the packaging is intact. The store reserves the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.

Kindly provide your order number and specify the replacement product you wish to receive.
