Welcome to NAFA CENTER, your trusted store for all your home needs - We have established these terms to ensure a smooth and clear shopping experience and to protect the rights of both our customers and our establishment - By using this website, you acknowledge your full agreement to the following terms:

2. Legal Eligibility
The customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The customer is committed to providing accurate data upon registration (Name, Mobile, Address, Email) and bears full responsibility for any errors that lead to delays in shipping or delivery.
3. Approved Language
Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement and all correspondence.
In the event of a translation, the Arabic text remains the binding legal reference.
4. Contracting Mechanism (Order & Acceptance)
A customer's request for a product is considered an "offer" to purchase.
The contract is not legally effective until an electronic sales invoice is issued and shipping is confirmed by us.
The store reserves the right to decline an order (due to stock depletion or pricing errors) with a full refund to the customer.
5. Pricing & Financial Transparency
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (15% VAT).
The total cost of the order is clearly displayed to the customer on the checkout page before confirming the purchase.
6. Discount Coupons & Offers
The use of discount coupons is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer.
The store may provide exclusive additional discounts for certain payment methods (such as Mada or Bank Transfer) as temporary promotions.
Only one discount coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
7. Warranty & Quality
Electrical Appliances: Covered by the manufacturer/agent's warranty for two years against manufacturing defects.
The store's role is limited to facilitating communication with the agent; the warranty is void in cases of misuse or breakage.
To benefit from the warranty, the original invoice must be retained.
8. Payment & Settlement
We provide secure payment methods (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer).
All electronic payment transactions are processed through encrypted and secure gateways.
The store does not store customer credit card data on its servers.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from using products in a manner that violates the operating instructions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure (such as extreme weather or global system failures).
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of NAFA Al-Mutamayiza Trading Establishment.
Copying or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law
These terms and all disputes arising from them are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Judicial jurisdiction belongs to the Saudi courts in the event an amicable settlement cannot be reached.
13. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed to keep pace with regulatory updates.
Amendments are effective from the date of publication.
